Stress! Stress! Stress! No matter, who or where we are, is a denominator that will come to us for sure whether you like it or not.
What is Stress?
Stress is an undeniable one of the many life factors we cannot hide from. Whether we like it or not, stress will come to us wherever, whenever or whatever the situation may be for us. Stress is something beyond our control. Stress if not properly prevented can be a fatal disease which may lead to other problems.
Stress can be physical, mental or even emotional factor in which our body and mind cannot cope with tensions. This condition can be either external or internal - medicinenet.com
What can we do?
We cannot run from stress either hide from it. It's a condition we must face. Only by facing stress we can gain serenity and peace in life. What can we do you say? Face it, Prevent it! I always believe prevention is better than cure! Here, I am more than happy to share with my 5 remedies to face stress and live a better life. I'm sharing this because I know in this very moment, someone is facing Stress and currently looking for ways to fight Stress.
5 Simple Ways to Manage Stress
First and foremost, I purposely named it Simple Ways because I strongly believe managing stress should be simple and straight to the point. There's no need to make a complicated explanation, otherwise, you might end up getting more stressed.
Number 1 Simple Way - Take a Break
Let your body, mind and soul breathe. Tell your body to release the tension. Tell your mind to relax. Tell your soul to calm down.
Break away from the thing that made you stress out. If it's work, go somewhere quieter and breathe properly. Do this for 5 to 10 minutes.
Number 2 Simple Way - Smile

No matter what's the circumstances you face, be at your best to smile and laugh. These two elements can counter-stress you stressful mind but be sure to smile or laugh sincerely. It's like putting a fire out with water. By smiling and laughing helps your body and mind to be relieved of stress and making things more positive to your inner-self.
Number 3 Simple Way - Talk to someone
By talking to someone will actually let your body and mind relieved of the stressed. Talking to someone such as your friends and close workmate can help you share your concern. But be very cautious to whom you talk with. Be sure to talk to someone that you trust.
Number 4 Simple Way - Sweat you Stress Out
I know this could be a troublesome especially if you're working and it's hard for you to arrange some time to do some workout. But, trust me it will be worthwhile! Spend some 10 - 15 minutes after work to do some small exercise. Anything to make you sweat! A small walk, Plank, Jump, Pumping, anything! Make it simple. Sometimes, a simple workout such as this, won't force you to go to the gym. A workout from home will do! Just spend some little time and you will get an instant result.
Number 5 Simple Way - Meditate
When I say meditating, it doesn't mean you have to travel to the end of the world or stand under a waterfall to calm yourself. There is a much simpler way. For instance, do yoga and if you don't like yoga, you can listen to songs that can help your mind be at peace. Listen to power talks if that is your meditation. Anything that can help your mind and body stays relaxed and focused.
