Guimba is a town in Nueva Ecija that you will pass by if you are travelling north, especially if you are going to Baguio, Pangasinan, and La Union.
It will be the fastest route if you are originating from the western parts of Luzon such as Cabanatuan City, Aurora, and other parts of Nueva Ecija.
The Pangasinan-Nueva Ecija Road sits at the heart of Guimba. For those who do not know, the PNR train (Philippine National Railway) once has a station in Guimba, Nueva Ecija.

PNR trains once travels from Legaspi, Albay all the way to San Fernando, La Union. Its former station in Guimba is named "Station Site".

By the late 1990's the railway of the PNR in some parts of Guimba still exist. Some part of the railway is being used by Tricycles.
Guimba is bordering its fellow Nueva Ecija towns of Nampicuan, Cuyapo, Talugtug, Muñoz, Sto. Domingo, Quezon, Licab and two towns of Tarlac namely Pura and Victoria.

Guimba is an agricultural town. Its main product is Rice. Farmers in Nueva Ecija also plant all kinds of fruits and vegetables that can be grown in a warm tropical climate.
