Khanduri Apam or in Indonesian known as the Serabi feast is one of the annual activities that developed in Aceh society. One of them is Pidie society, Tradition which is done by Gampong Gapui Neulop2 people indrajaya district of pidie district in the seventh month or Acehnese call it with Beuleun Apam.
Known, Buleun Apam is one of the moon names in "Almanak Aceh". He is mentioned almost the same as the month of Rajab in the Hijri Calendar. Buleun means moon, while Apam is a type of food that resembles pancake.
Is it an irreverent tradition of Acehnese society in Rajab month that is cooking Apam (Toet Apam). Usually this activity is done by the mothers in their respective villages, or done in groups or ataupi in their homes.
Tradition Toet Apam is not only famous in Pidie, Aceh Besar, Aceh Utara and Aceh Timur only. But almost in all regions do this activity though with different ways and mentions. .
