Your boob post made some points, but did it so awkwardly the message got lost in the boobs.
The blockchain doesn't care where we live or what gender, color or sexual orientation we are. It doesn't know. :) I liked it that you addressed this in your post.
Regarding the people involved, since we are anonymous we can't really say what our gender ratios are.
I do agree we need less tech talk, friendlier tools and easier steps to accomplishing things. We could use more organization and teamwork and sometimes just laughing at each other.
Generally speaking women do not like to be referred to as "Boobs" or even Vaginas and frankly I have always been impressed with Steem not being geared towards acting like sex starved teens.
For the record I have never felt enslaved and don't live under a glass ceiling, in fact I've found when I present myself intelligently and professionally, that I am treated in the same manner. Now I know many women will disagree with me on that. There is almost nothing more aggravating than having a man tell me what my challenges in this world are though. Just like men, women are all different, are having different experiences and don't require the same "fixes". I know our current political situation makes that hard to remember so I am going to cut you a break on that one.
It might surprise you, but I feel the trick to equality is BEING equal. I don't need anyone to dumb this down for me. I don't want my salary fixed on what some lame man makes. I'll do my own negotiating, thank you. Acting as if a gentler softer Steem would bring on more women is part of what creates limits. We are here, we are fine. We don't need special treatment. Whatever fixes you want to put in have nothing to do with gender. :)

You nail the point above though and while I thought you post was awkward and confusing it was a fun laugh in chat and I had to poke you a bit about it. :)
If you want more boobs there are plenty on the internet and even some here that are willing to trade a flash for attention or money. We are free adults, but I can't see that as a solution.
