I have come across several posts from steemians with large steem power in particular encouraging us all steemians to promote steem to the outside world and bring a lot of people to steemit. Even me too, I have made posts about promoting steem to the outside world.
I think as steemians, we are automatically ambassadors of steem, so it is our natural duty to promote steem to the outside world.
But as much as it is good to promote steem to the outside world, we who are already on steemit should be considered too, especially minnowers.
There are minnowers who have been on steemit for a while now and are still struggling to get decent rewards on their posts anytime they post. So minnowers who are not getting decent rewards on their post, might find it hard to promote steem outside the world, because they might not want the people that they are bringing to steemit to suffer like them.
So my suggestion, is that those with large steem power who like steem to be promoted to the outside world, should try and support regularly minnowers who they like and have longtime view of this platform, especially minnowers who are powering up and not down, so that they can be encouraged to promote steem to the outside world.

As you know, minnowers are the largest population on steemit, and so if more minnowers promote steem to the outside world, more people will discover steemit.
This is just a rough idea I have, on how we can bring mass adoption to steemit, but am not really sure about the modalities.
