A Monarch in the Morning
#BeautifulSunday Photography
Good Afternoon! Hope you're having a lovely Sunday. Here's a picture I took of a Monarch Butterfly in the morning. It was enjoying the flowers on a hanging plant out on the back porch. The eastern portion of the North American Monarch population travels up and down the coast from Mexico and Florida in the winter to New England and Canada in the summer. These beautiful butterflies play an important role in plant pollination. I was lucky enough to get close for a picture!
Have a #BeautifulSunday
and a great week ahead!
