Could the so called Rare Butterfly Skin disease be related to Bullous Pemphigoid?

Butterfly Skin which can appear before or after birth is also called Epidermoylsis Bullosa aka EB aka Harlequin ichthyosis aka Harlequin Syndrome.

Could vaccines trigger this skin condition where bullae, erosions, necrotic and targetoid lesions over body in a otherwise healthy baby?

If a child develops these skin eruptions after being vaccinated then can a baby born with Bullous Pemphigoid develop this condition in their mom's tummy, a pregnant mother who as forced to get vaccines by their doctors?

A 2-month-old girl develop widespread bullae, erosions, necrotic & targetoid lesions over body and mucosae after vaccination. Histology and direct immunofluorescence (DIF) were consistent with bullous pemphigoid. Intervention: Clinical remission with oral steroids and no recurrence with subsequent vaccination.
