INGRIEDIENTS
1 butternut or 2 cups diced 3 T marg 2 chopped onions 1 apple diced 3 T flour 1 tsp curry powder sprinkle nutmeg 3 cups chicken stock 1½ cups milk salt and pepper 1tsp sugar, juice of 1 - half orange
Fry onions. Add butternut apple and stir fry. Add flour curry nutmeg and 3 cups chicken stock. Add orange juice. Cook 20 mins then add 1½ cups milk. Liquidise#
