1st Place ~ 
This picture really stood out to me because I think black and white pictures should not just be a coloured photo turned to black and white. The photo in black and white should look better than in colour! This picture was very chilling! I love the desolate look of it which is perfectly complemented by the black and white.

2nd Place ~ 
I really loved the spirit of this picture, both the photo subjects are captured still frame in time and I can only imagine how many outtakes this picture was chosen from. How amazing the backdrop is the Egyptian pyramids!

3rd Place ~ 
Finally, this is the picture which I felt could not be in anything but black and white. Instantly recognizable and yet so simplistic. Love it!
