These people dive for coins. You will found them before ferry leaves the port. All tourist throw their coins and these people jump to their boat down to collect the coins. For tourists, it is a sort of entertainment but for them is the way to earn a living so they have already considered this as their work. Most of them are students who do this for their extra money.
