As far as I know, there is no currency with better properties than Byteball.
As far as I can see, Byteball is not going to replace Bitcoin or even Litecoin or Ethereum if things will continue the way that they are, and it is not about the down trend, it is about its lack of tradeability which is quite unique for Byteball, and is even more pronounced when considering that every other currency that is more tradable is less legit than Byteball.
Another problem is the lack of decentralized exchanges and this is not unique for Byteball.
Both of these problems could have been solved and then some if Byteball was more centered about a decentralized exchange than if it was about extremely puny sports gambling and flight insurances.
Another problem is the interface of Byteball's wallet that is too textual, and I gre on DOS, but should I learn Byteball's wallet's interface as much as I should have known DOS?
If my proposals were to be adhered to, expect massive buzz and adoption of it.
