2T TOMATO SAUCE1T SOYA SAUCE
½TSP CURRY POWDER2 CUPS WATER
CHOP VEGETABLES. HEAT OIL IN PAN, ADD MINCE AND ONION, COOK, STIRRING FOR ABOUT 5 MINS OR UNTIL MINCE IS BROWNED ALL OVER. ADD SOUP MIX, RICE, TOMATO SAUCE, SOYU SAUCE, CURRY POWDER AND VEG TO PAN. STIR IN WATER, BRING TO THE BOIL, THEN SIMMER, COVERED FOR ABOUT 12 MINS OR UNTIL THE RICE IS TENDER.
