This year I added a lot of new habits to my routine. Integrating all of them into my daily routine has me feeling excited and energized. Change is good. But I’m also a bit overwhelmed. Every morning my to-do list starts with around 15 tasks. What do I prioritize? If I keep chipping away at my to do list, I can do it. I like to start with my smallest tasks. As I check off and complete each item, that number begins to shrink and I feel the satisfaction of productivity.
