At Valschfontien there is a rather nondescript looking barn that hides an intriguing place.
Once entering one is greeted by a sign in Afrikaans that says WELKOM BY DIE "PLEK VAN DIE VLEISVRETERS" or translated it means welcome to the "place of the carnivores"
Once entering the wooden doors there is a large area in which to cook and eat.
The area is decorated with all sorts of antique paraphernalia, hunting trophies, skins etc.
With a nicely equipped area with fires for cooking whatever is your fancy.
