This strain was created using a Vietnam Black mother with a Meao Thai male. The result is a strain with a shorter flowering time than many Thai strains and buds that are more airy, but more pungent and flavorful. This strain has lively flavors of sandalwood, Haze and citrus. While it's not normally seen in many dispensaries in the United States, it has been known to make it's way into some dispensaries. Since it's not much of a commercial strain, due to long flowering time, not many growers grow it to sell to dispensaries. This is more of a personal grower's strain.
Due to the incredibly tall stature and long flowering time, we recommend vegetating these ladies just 2 weeks indoors. They will flower for anywhere from 13 to 14 weeks indoors, being ready for harvest by the beginning of November, when grown outdoors. VBT will do best outdoors in tropical, equatorial areas, but can do well in more northern areas, on the coast or in areas with lots of humidity through fall.
