For Canadian residents who have bought bread from the many banners under Loblaw in the past, you can now go to https://www.loblawcard.ca/en/register to register to receive your $25 Gift Card as part of the bread price fixing.
You need to have purchased bread from one of their stores during the 13 years this was happening and also be over the age of majority. The form values are limited to Canadian provinces/territories only. I have included a screenshot of the eligibility section below.
This does not prevent you from participating in any class action suit, but if you receive anything from such a suit, $25 will be deducted from whatever you get (assuming the payout of a suit is over $25)
