I read a post on fb that Laetrile aka B17 is capable of destroying cancer cells but not good at repairing the cells that have already been damaged by chemotherapy and other treatments.
USA has banned the sale and usage of this product. Maybe it's because it would cut into the profit margin of cancer treatments? Mexico injects the Laetrile aka B17 through an I.V.
