Hi #steemit family,
Alright strange thing is happening to my Mother the last week. All my mother wants to eat is Oranges!!
As I am winding down to tuck in for the night it hit me.. Halooo! cravings can = deficiency somewhere in her body.
Feeling like real fool for only realizing this now, I hit the dearest google to see what I could find.
Here it goes...
Craving Oranges could mean the following:
Magnesium shortage.
Low blood sugar levels.
I find this so interesting.
As my mother has been very ill the last while it makes perfect sense that she would have low blood sugar as well as magnesium shortages!
Soo... this girl on this of the monitor had a eureka moment! lol pretty slow on the uptake the last while with all the drama and chaos happening in my life that is for sure.
As most of you already know, my mother is fighting metastatic IBC breast #cancer which is really being rather naughty the last few months. We started her on #Cannabis oil therapy about 1month ago now, she had always been taking in cannabis oil since her first surgery in 2013 but when the cancer came back with force we decided to hit it hard with cannabis oil this time at 1g/day.
What happened next is truly remarkable but also rather frightening, the bone cancer is starting to shed off of her ribs etc.. now this is great right?! WRONG... with great leaps forward also comes consequences. Bone cancer actually eats into the bone, so when the cancer sheds off or "out" of the bone it leaves that bone extremely fragile and vulnerable.
This is exactly the case we are sitting in since last week..
More than half the ribs are definitely broken and floating as a result of the cancer shedding.
This is extremely painful and also difficult to deal with if you are a very up and about person.
Any case with the result. . lots of sustenance intake loss for the last two weeks I'd say and now we are sitting with what looks like a magnesium and low blood sugar situation, which luckily can all be sorted out without too much fuss and worry :-D
Follow me to stay up to date as to what is happening ;-)
