Your argument is very different from that of East Asian scholars. They have no interest in overlords.
They tend to argue that Russia and China will create a new world order as the current US-led world order collapses.

They are arguing that US global hegemony will collapse as the US-created system in the 1970s, in which international oil transactions are settled only in dollars, collapses.

Unlike you, who are interested in agriculture, most East Asian scholars are interested in the collapse of US dollar hegemony.
