Lately, I have been using some extra trimmings in my smoothies and it has turned out great.
I simply use leaves that are to be trimmed, the more the merrier, and blend them up with my typical smoothie so I can get my health back on track. I have no idea what the actual science behind this is, or if there is no benefit proven. I simply do this because it makes me believe that I am going to the bathroom more regularly. Also, I've noticed in larger doses this does give a chill vibe. I wonder if it's because its fresh that it has more benefits.
Anyways, heres my smoothie and outcome. If anyone has any scientific knowledge they want to throw out there go for it!
