Welcome to my Strain Review of Hindu Kush
Originating in the Hindu Kush Mountain range located in Pakistan, Afganastan and just touching the Indian border with the Himalayan Mountains this strain was named after the region where it originates. This pure indica landrace is historically known for its hash production but its skunky aroma has now made its way around the world and into many different strain crosses, pretty much anything with the name Kush can be traced back to this plant.
This batch was $4 per gram from the Green Rhino in Vancouver BC.
THC ranges on from 14-20% with CBD around 0.5-1% and little CBN at 0.2-0.4%.
The appearance is a medium to dark green turning purple in spots with plenty of dark orange pistols scattered throughout the bud. Indica like structure to the buds with the cone shaped nuggets. Not super dense though like you see a lot of the heavy Indica's especially for a Kush.
The smell of the Container is pungent skunk with a bit of floral in there. Once busted gives off some sour tones mixed in with the heavy skunk smell.
The taste out of the vape is skunky with floral and earthy tones as well.
The effects are said to have a powerful cerebral effect and so relaxing that this pure indica will just put you to sleep, especially true in heavy doses.
