I dont see how we can force people to not harm themselves in the first place if you want to do heroin then you do you as long as your not violating the rights of others then do what you want. Just because I dont think people should weigh over 300 lbs doesn't mean I get to decide what everyone eats, or if they should exercise, I can have my opinion which is my right but that is all it can be an opinion.
