Grand Daddy Purple #5 x Larry OG
This strain is bred by Ken Estes and GDP Genetics by taking the legendary staple Grand Daddy Purple and crossing in a strain with equal quality and way less credit, Larry OG. The end result is a fabulous variety that will satisfy the pickiest of cannabis smokers.
This strain is a delight for many patients in need of medicinal smoke. The reason I say this is the fact that this strain packs a very heavy medicinal pain relieving effect without the sleepiness and couch lock. This makes it a favorite for medicinal marijuana users that need an indica pain relief without the usual tiresome indica effects.
The smell of this strain is absolutely phenomenal, as the distinct lemon Pine-sol scent from the Larry OG (otherwise known as “Lemon Larry”) blends in with the sweet berry and grape tones of the Grand Daddy. The taste matches the smell and is considered one of the best by many connoisseur tokers.
The Granda Larry yield is very high for an OG variant and this strain’s flowering cycle takes about 9-10 weeks to complete, which is it’s only slight downfall for growers.
