OG Kush Strain Review
OG Kush is essentially the Holy Grail of the cannabis world.
Any connoisseur cannabis smoker that I know that has tried this strain is in love for life, and OG Kush didn’t raise the bar in the cannabis world. OG Kush is the bar.
OG is a visual delight with an extremely light green hue, abundant trichomes, and nugs that are dense as rocks.
Before I ever visited California and tried it out first hand, I heard rappers rapping about OG. A few friends that had visited Cali raved about how amazing it was. When I finally got the chance to try it out myself, I quickly found out what all the hype was about.
The buds are so beautiful that one almost doesn’t even want to break them up.
The smell is so pungent that it can be smelled from the opposite end of a huge office building over 100 yards away, and it is an aromatic explosion of dank, lemon, citrus, pine, and gas.
I always hate when a strain smells great, but then the smell doesn’t shine through to the taste. This most certainly is not the case with OG Kush. The flavor is bursting with gas, pine, and lemon.
Not only are the looks, smell, and taste of OG Kush amazing, but so are the effects.
OG encompasses all of the great traits from an indica such as relaxation, pain relief, euphoria, and depression relief without the couch lock effect of most indicas. Then to make it even better, OG also has a lot of traits that most sativas have as well such as creativity, energy, motivation, and a great head high. It is essentially the best of both worlds.
OG probably makes me feel better than any other strain out there and I love it every time I can get my hands on some more.
While it has branched out from California to many other medicinal and recreational marijuana states, it is still the dankest from SoCal, in my opinion.
If you like smoking bud and you’ve never had the chance to try out OG Kush, I would implore you to make a trip out to Cali to give it shot. You will thank me later.
