Hopefully this gets challenged all the way to the supreme court, if necessary. I'm not sure how someone could arrive at the conclusion that people lose one of their constitutional rights when they ingest a certain plant. It's like telling someone they can no longer practice their religion since they drink Kratom tea. BTW I'm not religious at all, that's just an example.
