So we are on Grow #5 and 2.5 Weeks into Flowering!
This time around, we have abandoned the super indica of the GDP 3, and went with some serious Sativa action! We have some Jack Skelington, Green Crack, and a little Lemon Haze this time, and hopefully a few of them will be serious keepers. The next few grows we are going to be experimenting with a few more strains, as we figure out which ones we really want to keep. The LSD from a few grows back is definitely on the list, as is the Gorilla Bomb from last time, but we have been through a few that haven't held up. As I mentioned before, the GDP 3 from last time sort of was a make or break situation... We were hoping it would perform a little better, but alas, we had to abandon it, as it just wasn't there genetically.
I will be trying to do updates every 2 weeks or so, so stay tuned! I'm going to be getting some good close-ups of the nugs, and will be using a loupe to get some nice shots of the crystals forming. As of now, we have some small little things blooming here and there, but it's going to get crazy very soon.
Check out the roots! We are still using the raised root method, as it worked great last time, and seems to be doing us well this time too.
Some of the Green Crack. I love how lanky these plants are compared with the last few.
So this is the GDP 3 from last time. We got a lot, but again, not really worth the effort.
Close -up of one of the nugs. It's okay but just wasn't up to the standard we were hoping for.
