Hi steemians! So today i wanted to take the time to talk about the 3 seedlings i have of my SAnta Rita og. SAnta Rita is a strain i made using an inca gold male and my Tahoo og x og female. How i got SAnta Rita for the name you ask? Well I’m also a big wine nerd and I’m all about “terroir” which is how a particular regions climate soils and terrain affect the taste of the wine. And the area i live in is SAnta Rita, so i basically look at my grow room as my vineyard! Crazy i know but hell SAnta Rita og is really starting to grow on me, literally haha. Ok for those that have been following i have one SAnta Rita in flower which I’m dubbing SAnta Rita #1. I recently just got 3 more seeds going.
So since the same strain can produce different phenos i have to label them differently so i don’t get shit mixed up. So for now i have letters to help me keep track. Let’s take a look...

So far a and b are looking the same. C plant is looking like it’s a different pheno. Cannabis is such an interesting plant and the different type of phenos within the same strain fascinates me. I’m hoping to find a pheno like it’s mom. SAnta Rita 1 looks like it’s mom and smells like it’s dad. It’s decent smoke but i wish i can find one more like it’s mom since the tahoo cutting i have is some dumb fire!!!
Maybe soon i can do a cool post on sexing the 3 seedlings i have. Last round of seeds i popped i got one female and 4 males, or so i thought. The plants i thought where males, i put them in my backyard and one was actually a female! Not a total loss though cause this is all for fun!!!
