This was all of my starting material, however, I only used the 3 containers to the right, which was about 10 ozs.
I put all the bud into a big ass glass jar to mix the alcohol in with (steem is being stupid as fuck right now and making all my uploaded pictures go sideways so I'm having to screen shot and paste them in)
It's quite a sticky process
This was some of the finer material sifted out of the alcohol after straining.
Put the alcohol into the instant pot
Start cooking off the alcohol from the hash oil. This process takes some time, especially with how much alcohol I used. I think it took over 8 hours.
We're almost done here, you can start to see the oil.
I got about a 9% yield, I got 18 grams in these syringes and I put the extra on bread, which was a lot, I ate a whole piece and OD'd one day. I am not sure if I posted about that or not, I'll have to look back and see.
This was the bread I ate, probably 4 or 5 grams of hash oil. More on that later if I haven't posted on it already.
