When I was in high school I used to play this online boxing game called WeBL (Webl.vivi.com). It's a very old school type of game, entirely text based. It is a highly strategic game, very mathematical. In the game you manage a gym of fighters, where you give each of your fighters a set of ability points of your choosing. Fighters get scheduled against other players fighters and you have to write and create fight plans for these fights using IF/THEN logical statements. When I was young, this game was highly competitive and managing a fighter up to a world title was a great accomplishment. Since then, competition on the game has seriously dropped off. I imagine all the new games with good graphics make for tough competition for a game that's largely text based and requires a lot of thinking and strategizing.
If your interested in trying the game out, give me a hollar, it can be daunting to begin and I'm willing to help people get started who are interested. The WeBL community can certainly use more members in it. I think it's the type of game people into crypto could get into. I just recently started playing again and since my return have won 43 fights, lost 9, drew 1.
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
