Great news for Marijuana advocates! Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act collected over 270,000 signatures to qualify for ballot access in November.

What would happen if passed

Legal for 21 +
Up to 12 Plants could be legally grown in a single residence if passed.
Able to possess 2.5 ounces on your person in public
Able to possess 10 ounces at home; in addition to your 12 plants.

Of course the Tax Man gets a hefty share. (16% Tax)
