Im sure a lot of you understand that electric is far more eviromentely friendly compared to fuel as fuel emissions are not good for the environment. Electric cars produce 80% less emissions than fuel driven cars. So we all should start to consider electric to be our next biggest form of transport.
As a car lover something inside me does not want to elimenate the use of fuel motors as the roar of a well tuned twin turbo V8 ripping some rubber and sprinting down a quiet street gives me all massive smile on my face, but i do know that the emissions that are being given off are very harmful, so maybe there is a compromise, I say I will use an electric car as my daily driven car as that is when all of us do most of our driving is on our way to and from work.
One of the fastest growing countries that I have heard of is Sweden, with having 121 000 electric cars and growing at a segnificant rate. The biggest reason why it is working so well is they are emplementing systems where drivers are being taxed less for owning an electric car and also bye allowing drivers to charge their cars at a significantly less rate from 9-pm - 7am which also works out to 30c less per litre.
So my biggest question is why isnt the rest of the world following this trend as it will obviously have a postive effect on our ecosystem and will save us a lot of wasted money on mining oil.
