BMW has released a very beautiful fighter jet for the 2018 Geneva Motor Show: the M8 Gran Coupé Concept. This "new interpretation of luxury" is primarily focused on sportsmanship with a front that seems to devour everything in its path.
This is for the moment only a concept, but it should reveal quite accurately the lines of the future BMW 8 series Gran Coupé series. The BMW design evolves in depth, with a revisited DNA that could quickly be found on other models in the range. The nostrils have widened to occupy all the space between the optical blocks, which are distinguished by yellow led lighting, as on a BMW M8 GTE. The treatment of surfaces is totally different from the models of the firm to the propeller produced in recent years with redesigned body folds.
We can not see the interior of this concept, whose glazing is completely opaque.
It will be necessary to wait until 2019 to see arriving in concessions this new Series 8 Gran Coupé, and perhaps even until 2020 for its ultra-sporting declination M8. No information has yet been issued concerning the mechanical content of this future version.
