Byton! A new China-based electric car company.
At the beginning of this year, Byton revealed their First Concept car.
Byton is an all-new startup, based in China headed by one of the guys behind the Tesla and with plenty of other automotive and tech experts on board too.
The SUV concept will eventually become a production car in 2019, coming to the US and Europe a year later and having experienced it.
Byton has in store for us. You know as far as the screen you can move the images up and down. so we really see that you can use either voice like our Amazon Alexa partnership or touch input. The touch driver tablet offers convenience for the driver, voice control with Amazon Alexa integrated offers another method of communication and face recognition.
it provides a familiar touchscreen experience much safer and more convenient than using your smartphone. While driving your Byton is connected to your mobile platform. It will be your next smart device. It automatically shares all relevant data like your location and estimated time of arrival.
Byton Concept is an all-new electric car which has up to 325 miles of range. Takes 30 minutes to 80% charge and can run up to 150 miles.
Byton will be available in two model.
- 250 miles of range on a single charge, has a 71 kWh battery which produces 272 bhp.
- 325 miles of range on a single charge, has a 95 kWh battery which produces 476bhp.
The Dashboard is surrounded by A Massive 49-inches by 10 inches Display! which is controlled by the gesture. A set of gesture controls has also been designed to enhance the user experience, with five normal recognised gestures used on other typical smart devices.
beside of this, Byton do have Flat antennas, whose are integrated into the roof which offer the highest bandwidth and will be 5G cooperative to allow the strengthened connectivity the company promise. It will offer data transfer of 10GB per second. (which is said to be 100 times faster than a smartphone)
The dimensions of the car are four meters 85 in length, one meter 94 in width, and one meter 65 in height. While in American measurements it's 191 by 76 by 65 inches. The wheel base difference is two meters 75, or 116 inches. You can believe me this a perfect proportions for a car.
Byton represents it as a ‘Digital Lounge’ with side hollows for tablets or e-readers. more species more luxurious.
Its design may not match up to the elegance of Tesla’s contributions, but it is the technology which is the original focus of the vehicle.
