We finally got to have a first look at the GR Yaris - a road going sports car, built from scratch and designed to win at the highest levels, and is a perfect blend of of rigid, lightweight construction, an agile and responsive chassis, and a powerful yet compact turbo engine.
It's powered by 1.6, 3 cylinder turbo charged petrol engine, which will get you from 0-62mph in 5.5 seconds. It's 257 BHP and produces 360 Newton meters of torque.
The GR Yaris has the first all wheel drive system from Toyota in twenty years, called - GR4 - and each driving mode transfers bias to either the front, rear or 50:50, depending on which one you choose - Normal, Sport or Track.
It's also got an old-school handbrake, and you can even get an LSD!
