Well, it's been a strange beginning to 2022, and now that we are coming to the end of the first full week of January, we are winding up a notch here at Planetauto with our first review car of the year...
Thing is, with family events stepping up even more this week, both Ben and I cannot figure out if we are coming or going! What is a certainty is, I now have a nasty cold on top of a nasty migraine, which is making my head feel like it's being tortured. And Ben? He ended up filming not one, but two live first looks (two looks? twice looks? hmmmm - answers on a postcard please!) as his head wasn't quite where it needed to be when he filmed the first one. Bless!
Add to that, neither of us can figure what day it is!
What I can say is that our first car of the year is a beautiful one - the new Skoda Enyaq arrived at our door a few days ago, and the first thing that I noticed was how big it was. Check this out!
Now, we still haven't had chance to get into the nitty gritty of reviewing this beauty, but I can tell you that it handles really well, and that is thanks to it's dynamic chassis control. Now this is an option, but we here at Planetauto firmly believe it's a must!
With the fact that it's rear wheel drive and an electric powertrain, the chassis control gives you superb handling.
With that, we will endeavour to get the full review pinned down in the next few days, and hopefully be able to adventure out in it too.
This is whilst we juggle heightened family commitments too - hence the nasty cold...Is this what burnout feels like? 😖 One of our priorities for this year is to work on balancing our love for what we do here at Planetauto (and all the other fun stuff too) whilst making sure we look after ourselves in the meantime.
Thank you all - and stay safe and well.
Annabelle 😊
