As some of you know, Ben and I caught the dreaded lurgy COVID-19 near the end of March this year, after having successfully dodged it for two years...
Problem is, I'm one of the growing number of cases that has developed Long Covid, where symptoms still persist after 12 weeks or more. As far as the initial viral infection went, I was really lucky to only have become moderately unwell, as I am high risk.
So it was strange to say the least when I was still experiencing random, fluctuating symptoms even after I had tested negative for several weeks (and then months) It makes me want to just curl up and sleep until Spring...

So it's back to one day at a time, only now, it's trying to balance these fluctuating symptoms on top of the daily struggles that come from being a disabled auto journalist.
It feels like a different world that we are in now - although not completely free and clear, it does feel like we are moving around in a post pandemic world, and yet there are still so many things about that just don't make any sense.
Have you had your own journey dealing with Long Covid? Please share with me what you did, how you are coping, and what has worked well - and not so well - for you.
For now, I shall leave you with a cute shot of Cabie Bat - the Planetauto Cat - soaking up the sunshine, just knowing that better days are coming.

Thank you all.
Annabelle 😊
