We have the SE trim of the long range MG ZS EV on review this week, and in preparation of the road trip we are taking on Friday, decided that a full charge was necessary. Thing is, our wall box hasn't been fitted yet, and so we needed it close enough to the house to be able to plug it in without using an extension cable.
So we got creative! Using the cat flap meant the cable wasn't stretched in any way, and could remain safely on charge for however many hours it will need. I don't think Cabie Bat - the Planetauto Cat - is amused though...
As any cat lover knows, an existential crisis is at the heart of any doorway when a cat is involved, so for us to goose one by putting a cable through his very own personal door is just taking things too far...
Luckily, this MG will be charged up, and out of his fur in no time, and normal service can be resumed.
