It's not that often I get behind the wheel of a modern classic. Joseph bought this car over a year ago, however, due to the pandemic, I wasn't destined to drive it until now...
Now the Rover 45 is a rather interesting car - it's made by British manufacturer (as the name suggests) and and is, if truth be known, a Honda Civic, as the Rover 45 and the Honda Civic are from the same era and they share the same platform!
When new, the car cost around £22,000.00 and this particular model is a 2Litre V6, which utilises the KV6 engine, and there are many variants of this car, including MG's.
This one has around 150 BHP, and utilises an automatic gearbox. It's an exceptionally well balanced car that offers a rather engaging driving experience. It also has a beautiful sound, as you will see (and hear) in the video.
