As of 2018 in the state of Pennsylvania, those who are legally blind/impaired can now apply for a drivers license. Theres only one catch. Their license plate has to say BRAILLE, I shit you not. They pretty much drive a self-driving car, like the new Ubers.
Well I encountered one of those drivers today roaming the roadways after she cut us off in the passing lane of course...be safe out there folks
