The artist was contacted by author Tiffani Collins to work on a character splash illustration of her novel's protagonist. The character was described as a white tiger with hetero-chromatic eyes, owl wings, eagle talons on the hands, ears of a fox, and the tail of an archaeopteryx. Considering the very specific brief the artist was able to make all those things happen.
