That cute orange dragon is a hot water bottle, one of those you heat in the microwave. I put it on my shoulder because I had a crick in the neck and warmth helps.
The reason Fanta looks at it that way is this is her usual spot, so I guess it is a mix of annoyance and perhaps jealousy.
Luckily it didn't last long and Fanta took her usual place again
