Sad Sad News folks...

I was checking in with the wife and son yesterday like I always do when I got the news. The wife told me that they just got done burying Oscar. WAIT WHAT WHAT WHAT!? Burying Oscar? What happened?

If you have been following me for a couple years now then you know that Zeus isn't just my only cat. Zeus comes from a HUGE family of cats including four black cats. Hence why I came up with and started #BLACKKITTENSMATTER!!!

Oscar was one of my big fat twin fluff balls. Owen is his twin brother. When I first heard the news I was like, you sure it wasn't Owen? You might recall Owen almost died 2 years ago from a severe urinary track infection. Here is a link to that blog to refresh your memory:

So immediately I thought that Owen had died and not Oscar. It turns out Oscar had gotten outside and was missing for a few days. Grandma found his body out in her shop stone cold dead. I'm thinking maybe he got bitten by a Brown Recluse? Her shop was a magnet filled with spiders. Seriously, turn on the light and you will always see one or two of them scurry away. Honestly I don't know and won't ever know. Oscar was big, fat, happy, and healthy last time I saw him which was two months ago. In fact, last time I saw Oscar he was losing weight on the Catkins Diet. So his death will remain a sad sad mystery.

Oscar will always be missed and loved. WE LOVE YOU OSCAR!!! I'm going to miss giving him big fat fluffy belly rubs. Sigh
