BeBe's Portrait Session
Originally, it was my intent to have a photo session of my own, but it was not to be. It has been dark and rainy outside and photographing black cats in low light is just... well, it is tricky, and not ideal.
So plan B was to take some pictures of BeBe.
Well, BeBe is usually pretty shy and tends to become surly when the Hooman points a camera or phone at her... but we managed to get something worthy of the contest. However, the "perfect portrait" up to was NOT easy to get.
This is how we usually find BeBe:
Eyes half open, thinking "what do you WANT from me??? If it doesn't involve FOOD, leave me alone!
After which she tends to either go back to sleep, or beat a hasty retreat to somewhere else. In her defense, she's about 12 years old and pretty set in her ways.
This time, she woke up and stuck her tongue out at us:
Photo session? Yeah, good luck with that!
On the whole, she was a pretty good sport about it all. Maybe the joke was actually on us, because in the end she seemed to wink at us...
That was fun!
So there you have it! Now you've seen a bit more of our BeBe... below is one of our many, many outtakes...
All in all, a good time was had by all!
