Running a little behind with my Caturday post today; I was trying to catch up on my napping, and things just got out of hand!
But it was just sooooo comfortable, and the light? My Human has a halogen desk lamp he uses when he works on art, and it is like a small eternal sun!
That was SUCH a great nap!
Then, of course, there was a crisis at the food dish!
Anyone who has spent any time around cats KNOWS that if the level in the food dish is down by 1/4 or more, it is a crisis situation!
To help compensate for his occasional absent-mindedness, I have persuaded my Humans to give me a particularly LARGE food dish, just in case.
But will you look at that!
The level of kibble in the dish was down by at least ONE-THIRD!
What is the meaning of this? What do you have to say for yourself?
That's why I am wearing my very best judgmental look. Seriously, what's a cat to do?
Then I had to have a good hearty meal, because you just never know when there will be shenanigans with the food again.
Better eat while I can...
That's when I realized... IT'S CATURDAY! And now that I have become a blogging curating cat, I need to run to the nearest computer and make my Human drop everything so I could get my photos out. Thankfully, he's very understanding when it comes to such things.
So here we are, just in the nick of time!
Obligatory CuratorCat selfie!
Curator Cat trivia of the day: Did you know that we regular domestic house cats are genetically 95.6% similar to tigers? The phrase "little tigers in the house," coined by Desmond Morris many years ago, was not nearly as far fetched as you might think!
Well, now I am off to see what marvelous things all of you have posted for Caturday!
This is Curator Cat signing off for now, have a beautiful day!
