Update #1
3 am update. Lil' Guy is home with us. The 24 hr animal hospital was a nightmare. They charged one lady there over 6 hrs like we were, $900 to tell her that her cat had a fever of unknown origin and sent her home with some meds.
We are $741 us dollars poorer, to be told it may be a blockage in his small intestine... $741 dollars for a fucking maybe...!?!
They wanted $1800 to keep him overnight, $3500 if he needs exploratory surgery. WTF...!
All that and we were not even allowed inside the building to be with Lil' Guy, or to even use the restroom...
We will hold him in our arms until he either gets thru this or not. But he will not be alone in a wire cage. While we are financially raped. Our local vet is open today at noon till 6pm. If Lil' Guy is not doing better, We will take him in to get a second opinion then.
Until then, I will be by his side...
Update #2
Heartbreaking day today, his fever spiked to 106.2°
We rushed him to our local vet. She reviewed the Scam Hospitals testing, her opinion is no blockage, but an infection. Many tests are being done. They are working on getting some fluids and meds in him to get fever down. The cost is now at $1500.00 usd. We have him insured up to 2K. He will be spending the night at the vets to be monitored.
Update #3 will be Monday afternoon sometime.
I am exhausted as I only got a few hours of sleep laying beside him in the carrier on the bathroom floor this morning from 4am till 7am.
The same cat carriers where we started our journey with this Miracle Kitten on April 15th 2019.
Update #3
Phone just rang as I was typing this up ,
Good news on a few tests. No FIV. No FELV. Negative on those. Blood smear normal. White count low, that is normal with an infection. Liver enzyms normal. He is currently on an I.V. with anti inflamatories, anti Biots, nausea, pain meds.
If He makes it thru this, he will be a junkie suffering withdrawal from all the drugs.
Update #4
As of Monday afternoon, Lil' Guys temp is down to 102.4°
He will spend monday night also at the vets.
I will update this Tuesday. Hopefully He will feel better and be coming home?
Final Update
Great news!

Woooo Hoooo.!!!
On his way home, He will be there when I get there in an hour. Tuesday afternoon at 1pm. I am one happy...
KrazzyTrukkerKatDaddy !
So before I even made it home, I get a text from , and a shitty photo attached to it. Turns out there was a blockage after all. A shoestring like rope.
He is laying here with us now in bed at 11:40 pm. All is good @ the Pookyville Cat Ranch. At least for the moment.
Thank You to the Hive-ians and Cat Peeps who took a few minutes to care.
