This is Mr Bigglesworth, but we just call him Biggies. He lives up with the kids mom in Washington. He use to live down in Oregon with us and he would go on epic adventures that would last days, and sometimes a week or two.
He has the microchip so one time I got a call from the animal shelter. The lady calling said that someone brought a black cat in and my name came up on the scanner. Then they said the person that brought him in wanted to talk to me. Turns out it was a neighbor (and mom of one of my kid's friends) about a mile away and when she heard it was my cat she was just going to bring him to my house, but the worker would not let them without talking to me first. So this lady gets on the phone and tells me Biggies has been hanging outside her house for a day or two.
She brought him home, then about two weeks later she called and said he's out there again. I told her there was nothing I could do so just ignore him or feed him or whatever. I knew if I went and got him he would just end up back there xD
Over the years he would disappear, sometimes for a day, sometimes for a week. I'm actually quite surprised he's still around. He's a sweetheart though, just look at him!
This is Peppa, named after Peppa Pig by one of the kids.
Uhhhhhh, yeah, I guess it was too hard to sit up and drink xD
Peppa is an agitator. He'll act real sweet and purr and jump on your lap for pets, but he will also corner one of the dogs and try to fight him. He's also rather large and super furry. He's half ragdoll breed as well which is fun. If you're not familiar with ragdoll cats they are just that when you pick them up. They don't strain they just are kind of limp, like a doll.
We had a ragdoll cat in the 80s that use to sleep on the TV because it was warm. About every other time he would get too comfy and end up on the floor xD
