The first meat - champignon
I jokingly called this post. But, in every joke there is some truth. The first champignons, it's cool. I usually buy them on the market, but here they grow under the open sky, and see what beautiful mushrooms. I called them meat, but, meat to me mushrooms will not replace, but, as an addition to meat, it's super.
In a few days I will prepare for a picnic, and I'll take a video, like I marinade mushrooms for baking on the grill.
My children love marinated mushrooms very much, I cook them for two or three hours, but I'm already hiding from my children when talking to mushrooms. This post, it's a reminder to me that I have to shoot a video about how I'm a marinated mushroom.
This is the beginning of this mushroom season. Waterproof shoes are cooked. In a few days it is necessary to go to the exploration in the nearest forest.
One place, rich in mushrooms, to my regret is now unavailable. Near the city of Rivne is a military training ground. For many years it was abandoned. There were no military exercises there. But, since 2014, everything has changed. In connection with Russia's aggression against the territorial integrity of Ukraine, military training resumed at the training ground. From my house I hear shells explode.
Yesterday morning, around 6 o'clock in the morning my children woke up from an explosion that shook the walls of our house. We knew that these were exercises, but later, in the afternoon, we learned that a mortar had exploded on the test range. Killed three guys, nine more people received fragment wounds of varying severity. This is very sad.
I dream that this polygon will become grass in the growth of a person, and not because I want to collect mushrooms there, I want mothers not to mourn their sons.
