The closing of the last fish house on the river in our small cherished community. The fish house has been in business since the late 1930s and is now closed. People would come here to get the freshest fish for dinner, they came in and looked at the board to see what kind of fish was caught and tell the owners what they wanted and they would clean the fish to your liking while you waited. But this table has seen it's last fish.
This is the bench you sat on while you waited on your fish to be cleaned. The white board has been wiped clean, with no more fish to sell.
All the crab tanks are gone. They would sell out of crabs as fast as they got them in. They could not get enough crabs.
The scale hangs in solitude nothing moves it but the wind
