Hello my dearest friends,
What today mean to you? For me was a hectic, worried and stressful day. Why? Because my husband need go through a minor operation.
In order not to be late on today procedure appointment, we woke up at 6am today. We prepared all the necessary documentations and personal belonging. Then we head off to hospital. Maybe sky also felt us, it started to cry at that hour when we just took off. Luckily it was school holiday, the traffic was smooth all the way. We reached hospital early than expected. After done the registration, we waited for his name to be called for operation preparation. I stayed in the waiting area outside of operation room. In the waiting area, I could see all sort of patient and family in and out of the area. Some with worry face or normal just like me.
In order to keep myself busy, I have brought along my laptop and tablet, plan to do some work or watched movie while waiting. But you won‘t able focus on what you planned to do. You would interrupted by the operation theater activities, patient's family conversation and of course the most important would be my husband procedure condition.
I started to relief when the nurse updated that his procedure was successful and now waiting for him woke up. My stressful day only ended in evening when the procedure done and heading home.
So, what today mean to me? It was a stressful day. The photo taken in front of the day care center.
