Lake Laut Tawar is a lake and a tourist area located in the Gayo highlands, Central Aceh district, Aceh. On the west side of this lake there is a city district which is the city TAKENGON, which is also the capital of Central Aceh District. Gayo people call this lake as Lake Lut Tawar.
